What is the process?
1 – Submit some information – Someone will contact you and discus your particular situation and costs. They will send you some type of intake form to collect the information they need to process the divorce. Once you submit it back to them the work will commence.
2 – Divorce forms – They will email or mail you the complete divorce forms upon payment of the deposit. You and your spouse will need to print and sign the forms in front of a notary, and send them back to them for processing.
3 – Court – Once the forms are notarized follow your document preparer guidance to get the case filed in court.
