Get your final judgement within 30 days without leaving your home or office. Even if your spouse lives in another state.
Before we explain any further…
We are aware that there are other companies out there that promise a quick divorce without a court hearing for less than our fee.
Most of these companies do not provide ALL the information up front so that you can make an informed decision before you take out your credit card.
Unfortunatley they use the bait and switch tactic where the fee they advertise is deceptive and add on more fees after you already paid a deposit.
The entry fee is low and attractive however NONE of them include the notary fee, and most of them charge extra to e-file the documents for you.
Some even charge a monthly fee after a certain amount of time has passed and you have not moved forward.
Many of them don’t even add their company information to the bottom of the forms as required by the Florida Bar Association.
Some are not even based in Florida and advertise as “attorney prepared” however the attorney is not a Florida attorney and do not add their information to the paperwork either. Pretty shady.
Even how long it takes to get the final judgement is deceptive.
We have been helping people get divorced without a court hearing for many years, working with the same courthouse they use, and in our experience it takes on average 30 days from the date we get the case number.
We know this because we check all our client cases weekly. When we see the final judgement in the system we email it to our clients just in case the mail gets lost.
Sometimes it works faster but that’s not the majority of the time.
Rant over…now to the regular programming!
